Prof. Dr. Kathrin Rothenberg-Elder, born in 1967, is a professor, author, and artist. She studied psychology, practical theology, and modern German literature, earned her doctorate on the psychology of Christian threshold rituals, has published numerous articles (including under the surnames Kiss/Kiss-Elder), and has been actively involved, particularly in the areas of empowerment, environmental protection, and (especially interreligious) dialogue.
